Thanks for inquiring about our load management receiver exchange project. There really isn’t a sign up for the exchange. As MVEC goes through its system making the receiver change outs, affected members will receive an automated phone call that a technician will soon visit. On the day of the exchange, the technician will knock on the door prior to conducting the exchange and will leave a door hanger after the work has been completed.
