MVEC encourages students to set high goals for themselves in the classroom. The Academic Excellence program gives students in grades 1-12 who earn a high grade for the quarter or trimester during the school year the chance to win a $50 U.S. Savings Bond.

If you would like your child to be included in the drawing for 2009-2010 semesters (term or quarter) follow the program guidelines below.

2009-10 Report Card Deadlines

• February 5, 2010
• July 16, 2010

Program Qualifications

• Student must reside with an MVEC member
• Limited to one entry per drawing
• Photocopy child’s report card and place an asterisk (*) next to the “A” (or the highest mark for the grade level)
• Complete the Academic Excellence application
• Fax or mail both the application and report card to MVEC
