The rules by which MVEC is governed by are outlined in its Bylaws. The Bylaws are adopted by the member-owners for the governing and regulation of cooperative affairs. Only the membership, by majority vote, can alter, amend, or repeal these Bylaws at an annual meeting which is called in accordance with further requirements.
