Payment Program Details
- No more writing checks, paying postage, or mailing your electric bill each month. It’s all taken care of for you.
- There’s never a late payment! It is automatically charged to your credit card each month – your payment due date remains the same.
- No service fees to participate.
- Go green by choosing the paperless option.
- Enrolling in the recurring credit card payment program does not change your payment due date.
- If switching from Automatic Bill Pay to recurring credit card payments please note your electric bill statement will reflect the due date that your credit card is automatically charged.
- After you have signed up for recurring credit card payments, your electric bill will contain the following message: DO NOT MAIL PAYMENT. Continue to make payments until you see this message printed on your electric bill. The payment amount will automatically be charged to your credit card on the payment date shown. The blue box will indicate the PAYMENT amount and the PAYMENT date.
- Payments that fall on a weekend and/or holiday will be applied to the next business day.
- Members are responsible for making sure the expiration date of their credit card on file is up-to-date to ensure their bill is paid on time. Expired cards rejected for payment will make your account subject to all applicable penalties, fees and even disconnection.
This payment program can be combined with Click-n-Review and/or Budget Billing for added convenience.
