Convenience Fees
A flat fee of $2.15 will be charged for all credit/debit card and electronic check (e-check) payments. This fee will be added to your electric bill the following month. The maximum credit card payment is $300.00/payment. Members are allowed to make multiple credit card payments as long as they do not exceed the $300.00/payment limit. Each $300.00 payment will result in a $2.15 fee. There is no dollar limit for e-check payments.
Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
Members involved with a payment service will not be charged the convenience fee.
The following payment options will result in a convenience fee.
- Online payments (Click-n-Pay)
- Automated phone payments (Touch-n-Go)
- Credit card or e-check payments made over the phone with an MVEC representative
- Payments made by credit card in the lobby
