Account number: This is your MVEC electric account number. Please refer to this number when contacting our office.
Service address: Represents actual address where service is located.
Amount due or draft amount: Amount due if paid by current due date. A disconnect message will appear here if account has an overdue balance. A draft message will appear here if the member participated in the Automatic Bill Pay program.
Draft date: For members participating in Automatic Bill Pay – this indicates the date the amount will be withdrawn from your bank account.

Energy use history: This bar graph compares previous monthly electric usage to your current month’s usage.
Section 3
Billing summary: Shows your payments and any other activity on your account. For members who participate in Operation Round Up your rounded up dollar amount(s) appears here.
Section 4
Electric service: Summarizes information on your meter by showing present and previous reading information. This area also shows all charges on your electric bill for the month.
Multiplier: This varies by the size of the meter and is used to determine the amount of usage.
Usage period: Shows dates meter was read and the number of days billed.
Fixed charge: A monthly service charge that helps cover the cost of service and is charged to all members.
Energy – main meter: Amount of energy calculated from the main meter.
Energy Wise savings this month: For members who participate in one of our Energy Wise money saving programs your monthly savings will appear in this area.

Bill message: Special and/or important messages about products/services/events at MVEC.
