Originally filed in 1937, MVEC’s Articles of Incorporation are the official documents recorded with the State of Minnesota that established the cooperative and its legal foundation.

MVEC’s Bylaws outline how the cooperative operates—from governance and board responsibilities to voting procedures and member involvement. These guiding rules are reviewed and amended as needed by our member-owners.
