Secure Account Access
You can access your billing account information only by providing the email address and password you have personally set up with us.
Electronic Payment Through Third-Party Services
By utilizing electronic bill payment through a third-party servicer or your bank, you consent to receive all communications related to your MVEC account in electronic form. These communications may include billing statements, legally required disclosures, contract modifications, or notices of changes in terms.
Electronic communications may contain your name and certain account information, such as your balance or due date. Such communications may be accessible to anyone with access to your electric or email account, or the hardware/software used to view them.
Any legally required inserts that cannot be delivered electronically will be mailed to you via the U.S. Postal Service. You may also choose to receive paper statements, in addition to electronic notifications, when enrolled in MVEC’s online bill presentment and payment service by visiting MVEC Ways to pay
By providing your consent to electronic communications, you confirm that you can receive and access electronic documents.
Withdrawing Your Consent
If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications, you may un-enroll by accessing the web page of the third-party bill payment servicer or your bank.
We do not charge a fee to process a withdrawal request. However, you will no longer receive your MVEC billing statements or inserts electronically once consent is withdrawn. The withdrawal will become effective after a reasonable processing period.

- A personal computer, operating system, and internet connection capable of supporting the above.
- Sufficient electronic storage on your device, or a printer capable of printing from your web browser and email software.

Paper Copies of Communications
Upon your request, MVEC will provide a paper copy of any communication that was delivered electronically.
Communications in Writing
All communications—whether electronic or paper—will be considered “in writing.” You should print or download a copy of this Consent to Electronic Communication and any other important communications for your records.
