$1,500 Scholarship Winners for 2024

Basin is one of MVEC’s wholesale power providers from Bismarck, ND. They have an annual scholarship program offering a $1,000 award. The winner of the Basin scholarship is Nadia Rylance!

Nadia Rylance from Shakopee is currently attending Shakopee High School and plans to attend the University of Kansas to study nursing.
