Participate in MVEC’s Summer of Savings!

MVEC’s Summer of Savings is a fun and voluntary opportunity to learn more about energy usage and get ready for the summer cooling season.

What you need to do:

1. Sign up for a series of eight emails to be sent in April and May. Signing up for the emails will get you one ticket in our prize drawing box. Emails will contain information about MVEC services, energy-saving tips, beneficial electric tools and toys, and other items of interest regarding the summer cooling season.
2. Read the emails, adopt information and tips that work for your household, and then look for a weekly challenge at the bottom. It may be a trivia question, a request to submit a photo demonstrating energy savings, or a fun worksheet activity for the kids. Complete and submit those challenges, and you’ll get more tickets in the prize box for each time you participate.
3. All emails and challenges will be archived on this page, so you can join the savings journey at any time and catch up for prize opportunities.
4. The more you engage, the more chances you’ll have to win weekly and/or grand prizes.
5. At the beginning of June, we will hold a drawing for three grand prizes: a Wi-Fi thermostat, a countertop convection hot plate, and a home energy-use monitor.
