Electric Attitudes Recognition - Minnesota Valley Electric

Electric Attitudes is a program where Team Members can nominate fellow Team Members who follow the Spirit of our Cooperative and the Culture Commitment document and demonstrate other actions that go above and beyond their job description. There are currently two recognitions offered – for outstanding attitude and for exemplary leadership.

Electric Leadership Award

Complete this form for any team member at MVEC you feel has exhibited actions displaying MVEC’s company values, leadership, safety improvements, and/or efforts above and beyond their normal tasks. Simply complete the appropriate section(s) to nominate a fellow team member. Multiple submissions are accepted (ex: A team member submits a nomination for 2 different team members, or a team member submits nominations for the same team member twice in one year).

The recipient of this award will receive $1,000 in SCRIP gift card options during the recap ceremony in January. Submittal forms must be submitted by December 31 to be eligible for consideration.
